Hi! We rent our our home for five months: two connected apartments (90 + 50 sqm, 140 sqm total) in a low-energy building in Alt-Treptow, 4th floor with elevator. Oak parquet floors, underfloor heating, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies (morning and evening sun), 2 kitchen, high-end appliances throughout. The apartments are in excellent condition and very well maintained. As we have two children (aged 10 and 14), books and games for children are available for guests to use — families are especially welcome.
